New House

We found a new rental! Here are some pictures of the backyard and front of the house so you can see it. The current owners' motorhome is in front, but you can see part of the house anyway. We signed the lease today and we're moving in the Nov. 9. It's a 4 bedroom + office, 2 bath, large living room and lots of front and backyard for a San Diego house. There is a large avocado tree and lemon tree in the backyard, which is fully fenced. We are very excited about that and the fact that the house has central AC, something that's not too common in San Diego homes - especially rental homes. They owners live there now and they just re-carpeted and painted less than 2 years ago, so it's in really good shape (and nice colors too!). Will was excited to go see the new house and kept saying, "House! House!" He loves the yard and didn't want to leave. The owners were on their way out the door this afternoon when we dropped the lease off, so we just nabbed a couple of quick pics. We're very excited and will post more pictures when we can.
