Will had his half-birthday today! We are so proud of our sweet, growing boy and all he's achieved in his half-year of life. Each day with him is a special treasure. He has been into some new things this month: fruits, veggies, moving ALL over his crib (including onto his tummy and under the bumper...which also makes a good pillow!), and trying to pull up to a sitting position. He also shakes his head side to side "No" when he's not happy. Since we got back from Christmas, he dropped another feeding, and has been on a wonderful schedule:
7/7:30am --nurse, cereal and fruit
9-11am --nap
11:00am --nurse, fruit & veggies
12:30/1-3pm --nap
3:00pm --nurse
5-6pm --nap
6:30 --nurse, cereal, veggies & fruit
7:15pm --story time, prayers, and bedtime

He's really into veggies especially, and will eat two or three 2.5 oz containers per day. He usually eats 2 containers of fruit each day. He loves sweet potatoes, carrots, and I found out today--peaches. He must have an affinity for orange foods! Will's physical therapy appointment went really well yesterday. The PT said that he has plagiocephally, but not torticollis, just a left-gaze preference. She said that the plagiocephally will resolve itself over the next few months because he's mobile now. For the left-gazing, we just have to do some things while playing that will encourage him to look right. A few things we already do, and also some new methods. She said that his head position is great and he is very strong. We are very relieved and thankful that there is not much to work on. We don't have to go back again--also good news!

It's amazing how close our boys' stats are! Just a few ounces and centimeters off! The percetiles are weird though.....Carter was 19lbs 9.5 oz at 84% and Will is 19 lbs 6 oz at 90%?? The height percentiles are comparable though. Big ol' Bubbas!! :o)
